What locations do you cover?
We cover all London postcodes and surrounding areas in and around the M25. If you have a project that is £100k or more in value outside of our location coverage and outside of London we may be able to source a contractor for your project so please do get in touch.
Do I have to pay a fee to use your contractor referral service?
You do not need to pay a fee to use our contractor referral service. We are paid by our contractors who have membership on our database however, If you get work completed you will be liable to pay for the completed work.
Can I get up to 3 quotes for any requested service?
You can get up to 3 free quotes for any refurbishment or construction service that includes painting and decorating, surveying, structural engineering, architectural design and interior design. We do not offer 3 quotes for emergency maintenance services unless you need repair or installation work carried out. If repair or installation work is required you can request upto 3 quotes. To clarify, our emergency maintenance services are: Plumbing and drainage, electrical and heating and gas.
Are quotes free or will I be charged?
All quotes are free of charge, quotes can be given verbally or in writing. If you get work completed you will be liable to pay for the completed work. A quote is an estimate of the price you will be expected to pay if you get any work carried out. If any of our contractors visit your property for an inspection without carrying out any work you will be charged a call-out charge if applicable. (Call-out charges can be hourly, daily or fixed rates).
What is your contractor vetting process?
We have a strict contractor vetting criteria which consists of:

How long will I have to wait to get my quotes?
If you request an emergency property maintenance callout service we can provide you with our rates and callout charges instantly. Generally for property maintenance quotes please allow 3 - 5 days for your quote(s) to be sent to you. If you request a refurbishment service please allow 3 - 7 days for your quote(s) to be sent to you. If you request a construction service please allow - 7 - 14 days for your quote(s) to be sent to you.
What is your typical response time for emergency call-outs?
We aim to arrive within 60 minutes for any emergency maintenance call-out service.
